Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with every order from Tom Ford eyewear supplier. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Prescription lenses that have been cut or fitted
  • Custom or personalized (private-label, engraved) orders
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear

RMA Process (How to Return)

  1. Email our team with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the items securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and ship to the address we provide.
  4. We inspect the returned items and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Please do not ship any item back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different model, color, or size, follow the RMA process above and tell us which item you would like instead. If the new item costs more, we will invoice the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the balance.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping when the issue is on our side.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
